We’re a full service public bike shop offering new bicycles, rentals, repairs, accessories and more! Our overall focus is on utility, transportation, touring and electric bikes, but with our Kona, Surly and Yuba bikes we do cater to several niches including plus bikes (mid fat), fat bikes, on and off-road touring bikes, mountain bikes, cyclocross and cargo bikes. Kona offers a full line of bicycles ranging from kids mountain bikes to full carbon road, full suspension 29er, transportation and cargo bikes and everything in between. 

Kona Bicycles

Kona Bicycles are better than ever for 2018. This year Kona notably updated the base Dew model to include mechanical disc brakes, hydroformed tubing and nicer Schwalbe tires. The Big Rove AL has been renamed and moved into the Dew line as the Big Dew. We regularly stock the Dew, Dew Plus and Sutra with an occasional Rove. Though we do not stock Kona mountain bikes we can order them in at will and Kona’s mountain bike platforms are excellent. Kona has a full line of commuter bicycles, such as the Dew and Rove families to satisfy even the most discerning utility cyclist!

Surly Bikes!

We’re a stocking Intergalactic Surly dealer. That’s right, steel is real! We usually have a fair number of Surly bikes in stock for immediate sale. In addition, we have bikes in our rental fleet for test ride including eight Bridge Club 700c’s (in 5 sizes, XS to XL), four Karate Monkey Ops and two ECR and we can order others up lickety split (1 – 4 business day ETA). Most of the shop rides Surly and if you ask real nice we’ll let you demo our personal bikes. 4130 Cromoly, NATCH! Did you know that every Surly bike has tubing engineered by Surly for each specific model, and that each frame size of a specific model has frame size specific tubing? What does this mean? No generic off the shelf tubing is used and each bike is dialed to ride awesome with all the benefits of chromoly steel. UVD! Make It Your Own!

Linus & Virtue

Style conscious city cyclist? We stock both Linus and Virtue brand city bicycles. Virtue is our budget conscious lineup and Linus is the gold standard for city bicycles. We have various models in stock. Stop by and take one for a test ride! Remember, with any bike purchase you’ll receive 15% off accessories and one free tune-up!

Cargo Bicycles

We are dealers for Surly Bikes, Yuba and Kona cargo bicycles! Cargo bikes have been called “The New Station Wagon” by the Wall Street Journal. Come talk to us about all the things you can do with a cargo bicycle! Whether it’s ferrying kids (or even adults) around, picking up weeks worth of groceries or simply hauling a LOT of stuff, cargo bikes can do it all. Due to the niche nature of cargo bicycles and their sizeable presence, all cargo bicycles are order in items for us. We do have a Spicy Curry and Kona Minute available for demo or rental.

Electric Bicycles

We’re an authorized Bosch eBike Service shop and dealer, stocking Bosch and/or Shimano powered bicycles from Surly, Batch and Kona. We also sell complete electric bicycles from GoCycle, Serfas and Qualisports. We occasionally stock Magnum Bikes. We also perform ebike conversions utilizing Bafang mid drive systems and EBikeKit.com hub drive systems. We can convert many bicycles and some recumbents and tricycles to an electric bike! We can also order factory electrified Yuba Spicy Curry, Boda Boda and Supermarche cargo bikes. We have a Spicy Curry available for rental and demo.

NOTE: Though we work on electric bikes, we DO NOT perform any wiring work for brands which we do not sell (battery or motor wiring, controller splicing, etc). An electronics repair person may be able to assist you.

Retrospec & Critical

For several years now we’ve been selling Retrospec and Critical Cycles for their line of affordable yet better quality single speed road bikes, and to a lesser degree, their city bike offerings as well. Year round we stock the Retrospec Mantra V2. We only stock the Critical Cycles Harper from late July until the end of the back to school season, usually into October. Once Critical stock is sold they become a custom order item for us. The remainder of models from Retrospec and Critical are custom order items for us.

We keep a few Pure Cycles city bikes and Pure Cycles Road Disc in our rental fleet and these are available for demo. We can order in any Pure Cycles models.
